A deposit of 30% of the total price is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid when you arrive in the house. At the same time, the tourist tax and the guarantee of 1000 € are asked.

Bed sheets are provided and the beds are made. You can also ask for renting shower kits (containing two towels and a wash glove) for 6€ per kit.

At the end of your stay, the cleaning of the house can either be done by renters or it can be bought for 500€.
